Return Policy
L.E & CO accepts returns within 10 days from the date you received your order. Returns will be given in original payment form.
L.E & CO. takes pride in their products and wants to ensure you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and have your order in our possession within those 10 days so we can make it right. If 10 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Unfortunately due to limited inventory we cannot provide exchanges on merchandise but will issue you a return.
To be eligible for a return your merchandise must be in original condition: tags must be intact, free of make-up and stains, undamaged and unworn.
Pre Orders and items special ordered for you are non refundable.
Sale items
All items purchased at 35% off or greater will not be eligible for a return and are FINAL SALE
Sezzle payment returns
Merchandise purchased with Sezzle can be returned for store credit or exchanged for new merchandise. As of 10.15.2020 original payment form will not be refunded when using Sezzle.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and will not be issues a refund for shipping cost on original purchase. If you received free shipping due to order amount being over $75 and you return your entire order, shipping cost from order shipped to you will be deducted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to you in your original form of payment.
